Invoice Payment Online

As your company's online administrator, you can make online payments of all invoices relating to your company. The invoices are stored in PDF format at “My Book Fair”.
After logging on at “My Book Fair”, you can download all invoices relating to your company in PDF format from “Company Data - View and Pay Invoices” and then make payment online. Please note that no invoices relating to staff members (e.g. entry or admission tickets) are included here.

Under “View All Invoices”, you will find records in which you can sort invoices by year. Lists of your credit amounts and invoices are available under “Pay Outstanding Invoices”. Any outstanding credit amounts will automatically be set off against payment of invoices. Under “Payments Made Online”, you will find a list of invoices you have paid at “My Book Fair”. If you have paid invoices by other means, they will not be recorded here. If you have any queries, then please contact your respective account manager.

Payments are made through our partner Computop Paygate in a secure area. Payment can be made by credit card, or for customers based in Germany, by direct debit.
