Online Registration for Exhibitors 2012 If you have been registered already, the easiest way to become an exibitor for 2012 is by doing it online. Using your e-mail address and password, you reach your personal start page after login ("My Book Fair"). Here, you have access to stand registration. You can log in using the My Book Fair box on the right of this page.
Registration for Exhibitors
In order to enter the Fair during the week, you have to register in advance as a trade visitor.
The weekdays of the Fair give trade visitors the opportunity to negotiate with business partners, partake in further education, participate at trade events and forge new business contacts.
You are a trade visitor if you:
- are involved professionally in the development, production, marketing or communication of printed or electronic media or the arts
- work in the education sector
- are a student (all fields of study)

Offers for Agencies
The exhibition halls include special dedicated areas for agencies. They enable them to focus on their work in a quiet atmosphere.
The options include the reservation of tables for the entire duration of the fair. Or in some cases, the use of workspaces for a limited time. All the centres for agents have their own cafeteria.

You can choose between a system stand or customer-built stand.

The Frankfurt Book Fair offers you a stand module devised on the basis of a prefab exhibition stand system which can be varied according to your requirements.

WLAN for exhibitors
The Frankfurt Book Fair is offering all exhibitors free WLAN internet access during the Fair.
This is suitable for looking at websites and occasionally checking and sending e-mails. It is not suitable for VPN connections (secure access to company servers), VoIP calls (e.g. Skype, Sipgate, etc), or online presentations. This WLAN connection is available to you from the first set-up day, Sunday, 9 October. You will receive the required log-in details (input in the “Walled Garden” of the Hotspot Messe Frankfurt) in plenty of time before the start of the Book Fair.
Please note this further information on free WLAN:
- use depends on a WLAN-enabled device
- internet access via WLAN is suitable for mobile devices such as iPhone, Blackberry etc.
- the set-up of exhibitors’ own WLAN networks can cause considerable interference
- with high user numbers, it may not always be possible to guarantee blanket reception.

Registration for Online Exhibitors with no stand
Be present in the biggest online catalogues of the trade - 12 months a year.
Are you considering having a stand in Frankfurt but not sure if you are ready yet? Then present your company for 12 months in the Book Fair´s online catalogues at www.book-fair.com.
As an Online Exhibitor your company data will be in the Frankfurt Catalogue, the contact data of your employees will be in the Who's Who and your rights will be presented in the Rights Catalogue.
The registration fee (311€* ) includes a 5-day ticket providing you with full access to the Fair.
